Can I use my Insurance?

I am not an in-network provider however many insurance plans will cover out-of-network benefits. This means you will be reimbursed for a portion of every session and I can submit clams on your behalf through a company called Thrizer. It is an easy progress and I can check your benefits and let you know exactly what you would pay per session before we get started. Some patients also use an HSA account.

Not being an in-network provider has given me more freedom to practice in a way that truly supports your care. It means we can choose session frequency based on what your body actually needs—without pressure to fit into preset “plan of care” timelines or limit treatment to just one area of pain at a time. This allows us to take a whole-body approach, address the root causes of pain, and give you a level of personalized care that is difficult to offer within insurance restrictions. I don’t have pressure to juggle between multiple patients in a busy clinic, wishing I had more one-on-one time with you.

Physical therapy is an investment in your long-term well-being. It can help you move with less pain, feel stronger and more confident in your daily activities, prevent future injuries, return to the hobbies and sports you love, care for your family with more ease, and age with greater independence and resilience. High-quality, individualized PT can also help you avoid unnecessary medications, imaging, and procedures down the road—saving both time and money.

I understand that paying out of pocket is a meaningful commitment. If cost is a barrier for you, please know that you can reach out without any hesitation or embarrassment. I’m more than happy to talk through payment plans or other possibilities that make care accessible. My goal is to support your health—not to add stress to your life.
